The timeline for a luxury custom home varies significantly based on the size, complexity of the design, and site conditions (such as lot elevation or waterfront home/boathouse). On average, our custom builds take between 14 to 18 months from the time the foundation is poured. We provide a detailed timeline during the pre-construction phase.

Yes.  We highly recommend involving us as you start the search for your lot.

While we have extensive experience building Modern Hill Country, Transitional, and Contemporary homes, we are a true custom builder. We do not limit ourselves to specific styles. We build to the exact specifications of your architectural plans, ensuring the final product reflects your personal aesthetic.

A large percentage of our clients live outside of Central Texas during the build.
